In London to accompany your training on Weds 24th, we are offering restaurant MASTERCLASS and lunch on Tuesday 23rd or Thursday 25th. This includes a kitchen tour, exploring the food production and systems they use, demonstration of key GCSE practical skills, old classics and new choices across the seasons, discussion of menu development, tasting and Lunch.
